Solo Jam app for iPhone and iPad

Solo Jam lets you have a jam session right on your device. All you need is your device and an internet connection (no physical instruments required). The app is targeted for all levels of musicians.

Solo Jam includes 10 ten different instruments: bagpipes, flute, guitar, harmonica, mandolin, piano, saxophone, sitar, trumpet and violin. Each instrument covers a 7 octave range for a total of 84 playable notes.

Each jam session is based on a music key and jam beat. The app comes with hundreds of jam beat and music key combinations.

Solo Jam also comes with an audio effects panel. You can add audio effects to your instrument and adjust the effect intensity using slider controls. Current effects include delay, compression, distortion, telephone band filtering, and big bass filtering.

The app includes a novel drawing pad, where a swipe creates both a visual mark and audible sound. As you tap and swipe, you can see and hear your music. Its music as art.

Finally, the app includes a profile section to track your jam progress.
